Lontar PLTU is a steam-powered power plant located in Banten, Indonesia. This plant uses coal as a fuel source to produce electrical energy. Lontar PLTU has a fairly large capacity and contributes significantly to the electricity supply in the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings. The power plant is operated by PT Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of PLN (State Electricity Company).
